NCPA presents ‘An Evening of Classical Dance’ in collaboration with Kalavaahini Trust at Experimental Theatre
The evening will feature the young classical talents; Shashwati Garai Ghosh & Jyotsna Jagannathan
Mumbai: Odissi dancer Shashwati Garai Ghosh and Bharatanatyam dancer Jyotsna Jagannathan will be performing in collaboration with Kalavaahini Trust on 24th January at Experimental Theatre, National Centre for the Performing Arts. Shashwati Garai Ghosh will be performing ‘SPANDAN’-an ensemble of dances resonating through narratives Odissi and Jyotsna Jagannathan will be performing ‘Margam’ that incorporates a variety of dance compositions set in the Bharatanatyam movement.
Kalavaahini –as an Arts Trust was registered on May 20, 2015, with Malavika Sarukkai as the Founder & Managing Trustee.
